Its honestly so shocking to me how bad Rook looks in Alien Romulus watching that movie back. I still believe its an amazing movie but maaaaaaaan nothing about Rook was good 😭 Coulda been ANY other synth and felt like the only true "nostalgia-bait" of that film.

ALSO! I saw someone point out in the replies the version of Carnage they show from Spider-Man The Animated Series isn't even Carnage 😭 It's Spider-Carnage. THIS is what he actually looked like in the show.

This is perhaps my hottest dbd take but even though I'm not the biggest fan of the Myers rework any more, I still prefer him to previous version simply because modern Myers is actually playable in a pallet and exhaustion heavy meta. If he comes back though, definitely rework.

I think way too many people harped on "slaughtering strike" sounding silly rather than focusing on how it made Myers way more viable. The downside is he's less fun to go against, but idk how much of that comes down to bad design versus him no longer being a free 4 man out.

Ultimately I'm at a loss because for purposes of game health he IS better, but there's still more that can be done. Truthfully, he could go back to being totally M1 if he had some mobility power like Jason's, but I wouldn't want it to happen now when pallets are a big issue.
