Today’s reading challenges us to think beyond financial wealth and consider something just as important: mental wealth. As parents, we work hard to provide for our families, but our ability to show up with patience, clarity, energy, and presence depends on how well we’re caring for ourselves.
We’ll reflect on why protecting our mental and emotional well-being isn’t selfish—it’s part of our responsibility. The healthier we are on the inside, the more we have to give to the people who depend on us most.
