Our Myprotein tubs are already kerbside recyclable, and durable enough to be repurposed and refilled, and our iconic pouches and bars have now been moved to a monomaterial, making them easier to recycle.
You can now take your bars and pouches to your nearest supermarket and drop them off in the soft plastics bin — along with packaging like bread and vegetable bags.

Hi Scott. I followed this up and received the reply: You can't translate g of powders to volume it will be a different measurement each time, ie. compactness of powders, is the scoop level etc. 1/2
The scoop is for indication and ease of getting the powders out only, as is standard practice in the nutrition industry.

Hi. Our oats are milled oats in an ultra-fine powder, so we recommend adding 2 1/3 large scoops (100g) to 150-250ml of water or your favourite beverage in a Myprotein shaker within 4 hours of exercise. 1/2
You can also make them into porridge/oatmeal in the usual way (add water/milk and heat). Personally, I like a mix of water and milk, but its up to everyone's taste. -Dan 2/2
