I’ll tell you what. I really enjoyed the call on @PRNlive with @TheAlexHayden & @BradGillie of the @nascar race tonight. As someone who is blind & listens to all my sports on serious xm good calls are everything. I hope we get some more of these 2.

We are overcome with emotion on the passing of Bobby Cox, our treasured skipper. Bobby was the best manager to ever wear a Braves uniform. He led our team to 14 straight division titles, five National League pennants, and the unforgettable World Series title in 1995. His Braves managerial legacy will never be matched. Bobby was a favorite among all in the baseball community, especially those who played for him. His wealth of knowledge on player development and the intricacies of managing the game were rewarded with the sport’s ultimate prize in 2014 - enshrinement into the Baseball Hall of Fame. And while Bobby's passion for the game was unparalleled, his love of baseball was exceeded only by his love for his family. It is with the heaviest of hearts that we send our sincerest condolences to his beloved wife, Pam, and their loving children and grandchildren.

I can not stand when @MLB announcers call the runner placed at 2nd in extras the ghost runner. He’s not a ghost. Hes really there. Let’s find a better term. Placed runner, rule runner, extra inning runner or just runner at 2nd would be fine.

I feel so bad for @Rockies fans. Denver is a wonderful city, great fan base, great ball park. But just can’t close the deal on wins just yet. As an @Braves fan in the mid-late 80s. I feel your pain.

This @Reds team clearly has issues. This is what I said back in march & it’s clearly proving to be true. Can’t hit, pitchers can’t throw strikes which leads to to many walks.

allot of people are talking about how good the @Reds will be this season. I just don’t see it. Lots of misfit parts that just don’t seem to fit together at all.

I guess I could have done that. Back when I lived outside Chattanooga & wanted to hear the sport talk show back here. I’d call the 800# & have them put me on hold so I could listen. Used to do the same when out of Nashville to listen to George.

yes, blind people do own cars. Lucky for other drivers. I don’t drive it my wife does. Although I was a traffic reporter for 22 years.

I understand that been listening to races since 1982. Guess what I’m really asking can’t be answered here. Wanta know equipment used, where can you go or not in the pits. How does a turn announcer get to their location. Etc. explain what a nascar looks like as opposed to my car.

&, although it pains me to say this. I don’t think this @Braves team is any better than last years 76-86 team. In fact. I think they’re a 73-89 team this season.
