Yes,integrity,reliability are🔑but of late I’ve been thinking about pride&passion. The need to have colleagues who care deeply about what they do,&want to do it to the best of their ability. A team needs to share the same goal and be going in the same direction. @Headteacherchat

Students enjoyed a new breakfast menu and played games with staff!
