Congratulations to Jacob for winning the Rotary Club Young Chef Competition North v South heat this week ๐ An amazing afternoon spent at South with delicious food made by all contestants including Vinnie our other student from North. Very proud of both of you!

A successful Level 3 in Food Science and Nutrition taster session. Homemade paneer, chickpea and spinach curry, naan breads brushed with freshly churned butter. UV powder used to dem how bacterial transmission can occur. HACCP created to ensure music festival food safe to sell๐
