Roughly 130 mobile home residents and community members rallied at a public picket to keep Sonoma County mobile home parks open and affordable for the senior, low-income and immigrant tenants who live in these parks.
Park residents from Castro Valley also joined in solidarity.

California still does not allow rent control or rent caps on single-family rentals. This is called a "mom and pop" exemption by the real estate lobby and some legislators.
If Jeff Bezos is a "mom and pop", that's certainly news to us.
