Elkart native Tina McQueary spent years renovating her home through a land contract, pouring countless hours of work into the property alongside her late son, with the dream of making it their own.
When that dream was suddenly threatened, she turned to Notre Dame Law School's Eviction Clinic for help. What followed was a years-long fight to protect the home they had worked so hard to restore.
