NACTA day 3 & 4 were busy and fun filled days. A few contests and some hiking aroubd Palo Duro Canyon Proud of the effort these kids put forth. Congratulations to Alex Kratcha on his 3rd high individual in the Precision Ag event.

Announcing our new sprayer simulators! These offer hands-on training w/ real controls, multiple screens, spray coverage maps, scoring, and more. Students can practice precision spraying safely, enhancing theirs skills without risking crops or property. #NDSCSAg #NDSCS #AgTech

Thank you Farmers Union of the Southern Valley for supporting our teaching efforts at the NDSCS Kosel Family Agriculture Land Lab by arranging the seed that was planted in the spring. They have also provided support and chemical since the Lab began in 2018.

Our students said "Thank you" by delivering fresh caramel rolls to MinnKota Ag Products, who supported our teaching efforts at the NDSCS Kosel Family Agriculture Land Lab. MinnKota helped by applying chemical, the use of a grain truck and marketing grain.

Agriculture is a tough, high-pressure industry with a ton of uncertainty. Today we took a break from classes to hear from Becky Kopp Dunham, a clinical social worker working in ag. Becky talked about mental health concerns and resources specific to our industry.

Hosted the third annual NDSCS Ag Dept cornhole tournament yesterday. Landon and Jordan were the champion team. They walked away with the corn cob trophy and new NDSCS Ag gear. Nice work!
