Another example of the importance of researching the gaps between policy & implementation. Policy may dictate GP access to all or vaccine access for all but the reality is that practices associated with the #hostileenvironment create barriers to implementation resulting in harm.
REVEALED: Most GP surgeries refuse to register undocumented migrants despite NHS policy.
