The /25 Sapphire Trade-Ins were scoring submissions by the total number of Moments submitted, rather than the communicated ASP.

All affected Trade-Ins were taken down, and any submitted Moments have been returned to users.
New Trade-Ins with the exact same requirements have now been posted and will open for submission today at 4:15 PM ET.
