UPDATE: @LGUS continues to fail. A great NJ-based LG tech came out at 8:45pm last night to do a repair. Note coming out that late was HIS doing, not LG corporate/service (I had his contact info and was in touch with him directly). Repair did not address the leak, water again

LG = Less Good? Leaking Garbage? The "Presidential Liaison" tells me she is the "most elevated" level of service support the company has -her response time is 24-48 hours (M-F only). Yet another call to the 800 number to speak with someone with no ability to deliver.

If you are thinking about buying an @LGUS product, be aware that my customer service experience has been horrendous. Been seeking a warranty repair on a 7 month old refrigerator for the last month. A slew of calls and 2 days off work to be home for their no show repair tech.

Now making my 3rd call to customer service in the last 5 minutes. Everytime...doesn't connect to a real person. Just makes a noise then silence. But love they know and remind me that I've called many times in the recently.

UPDATE: Said yes to responding to a survey after the call...never connected me to the svy. The agent was a nice guy, but he couldn't do anything other than offer me another appointment next week. So...now I take ANOTHER day off from work. @LGUS @LGNjRegional @LGUSSupport BOO!
