One of the reasons ADOR cited for terminating Danielle's contract was an alleged collaboration with Emotional Oranges. However Emotional Oranges had already denied it over a year ago, and no collaboration ever materialized.

Danielle side rebuttal after ADOR alleges Min Hee-jin discussed terminating the exclusive contracts with parents: “The evidence shows only that one parent raised a question about contract termination, while another parent remarked that personal matters should not be discussed.”

Danielle’s side on her activities with OMEGA: “Danielle carried out her activities under a contract with ADOR and in coordination with ADOR, and ADOR received the related revenue.”

Defendant: After the final judgment on the exclusive contract, the defendant expressed their intention to return to the plaintiff. However, after two formal meetings, the plaintiff went on to issue corrective demands even for matters from the past that no longer required correction. At present, even six months later, the plaintiff still has not shown any plan for album activities and has been unable to present a clear roadmap for NewJeans. Proceeding solely through litigation without any communication with Danielle makes it seem like there is no intention to normalize or restore NewJeans’ activities.
