NMS has 2 art shows this year. 1 here at NMS for all of our classes and 1 downtown at the KANEKO gallery for our Arts for ME! classes. Here is info for the Arts for ME! show opening night. The show will run until the end of May and the Opening Reception, open to all.

All Pro Dad‘s at North middle school are having a great time at Western bowl. Nothing like ending a long week of parent teacher conferences with a get together and fun before the extended weekend.  we look forward to our end of the year picnic on the football field in April.

Congratulations to Lasya who placed 1st in the Virginia Frank Memorial Writing Contest! This contest challenged students in the grades 5th -8th to write an original work of fiction based on a character form a book that they read on their own.

Millard Public Schools will be hosting Summer Food Service Program at several locations from June 5 - July 28. Meals will be served free to all kids ages 1-18, parents/guardians accompanying children will also have access to free meals! No paperwork\pre registration is required.

I do not post very much. I like to share things that are worthy of positivity. In the field of education, you hear a little bit of negativity, but I encourage future educators to consider this profession. The hidden gratification that one can receive is priceless. @NMS_Mustangs
