Dear Mentors & Mentees: You are loved. You are doing your best. We are proud of you. You deserve happiness. When is the last time you were kind to yourself? Try to be mindful today - even if only for 2 minutes. Take some deep breaths, hold for a few seconds, & exhale completely.
It’s a good point in the semester to do check-ins between mentors & mentees, especially if you haven’t already. Mentees, be sure to check your student email inbox (@ email. VCCS. edu) since this is the college’s preferred method of communication between faculty/staff & students.
