Interested in tamoxifen use as receptor represent for post breast cancer patients, @dr_mosconi seems to suggest the -ve impact of HRT from the WHIs related to breast cancer is much higher for those post menopause, leaving perimenopausal women post breast cancer HRT benefit less?

Through tough and sometimes unrecognised value, supporting nurses to adopt a new way of nursing, far from their family and friends, ZoΓ« did an incredible clinical education and emotional role to fill the largest nursing gap in the south west, amazing nurse and nurse advocate!

The #NHS irony that is well acknowledged and far from cracked and is likely the only thing that will help it survive.
Nurses and doctors never aspired to run hospitals, practices, services etc, nor enjoy it, but still positively recruit against those with the skills that can.

My slow recovery to #NHS1000 miles saw my first 10k race in 18months and βenjoyedβ it with Rich, who owes me 2k steps!
