Please RT: ER/E2/breast cancer. We are seeking #crowdsourced datasets and opinions. We curated 136 published datasets, processed with one pipeline and made a browser to visualize E2-induced expression and ER binding. Feel free to try it out estrogene.org/ 🧵
What a cool story from @NR_IMPACT member Doug Kojetin and colleagues dissecting Nurr1-RXRα regulation. NMR, transcriptional control, small molecules...what more can you ask for 😁
Estrogene is an outstanding new resource to query the current state of knowledge of the ER-alpha transcriptome and cistrome in breast cancer models - fair warning that you might lose a day looking for your favorite genes!
We're intrigued by the idea of expanding this though...
Please consider applying for our Summer Undergraduate Research Experience in Toxicology at the University of Illinois. This program is designed for under-represented undergraduate students that are interested in Toxicology. Due date Feb 15, 2023.
