End the For-Profit Prison System We will immediately terminate all contracts with private prison companies. Prisons will become facilities of the State. Prisons will no longer serve as profit-generating industries but as places for rehabilitation and public safety. 2. Enforce Harsher Punishments for Criminals There will be no more leniency for Criminal offenders. Repeat offenders will face extended sentences of manual labor. We will implement a three-strike rule for criminals — anyone committing three felony crimes within their lifetime period will serve life imprisonment while performing mandatory labor. Criminals must fear going to prison as an incentive to stay away from criminal behavior. 3. Reinstate the Death Penalty For the worst offenders — including drug dealers, murderers, career criminals, and terrorists — a swift death penalty will be reinstated. 4. Mandatory Prison Labor: The Hardest Work Prisoners will perform mandatory manual labor that contributes to society. These tasks will not be menial or non-productive; instead, prisoners will engage in hard labor like mining, logging, roofing, construction, and street cleaning. Prisoners who refuse to comply with this program will face extended sentences. 5. Punishment for Small Crimes: Zero Tolerance for Tagging and Littering Taggers and Vandals: Anyone caught tagging public or private property will face 2 years of hard labor. There will be no fines — only severe punishment. This will serve as a stark deterrent to those who seek to vandalize our communities. Littering: Littering will no longer be a simple fine. Instead, offenders will face up to one year of labor in the area where the littering occurred. Those who dump illegally will serve 5 years in labor, alongside those who engage in vandalism. These crimes will not go unpunished. 6. No Amnesty for Criminal Aliens We will immediately deport any criminal alien who completes their prison sentence. There will be no exceptions. If you come to America to commit crime, you will be sent back to your home country immediately after serving your time. 7. The War on Drugs The War on Drugs will be a top priority for law enforcement. We will dismantle drug cartels, seize drug shipments, and punish drug dealers with swift and brutal justice. The death penalty will be used for major offenders within the drug trade who have caused irreversible damage to our society. 8.
