Apart from the competencies we have already discussed,
the most important point is that the liberator needs to be a sensitive and empathetic counsellor.

Who will be that appropriate person? The appropriate person may be a person:
- whose words he will listen to
- whose credibility he accepts
- who has proved in that field
- whose knowledge he acknowledges
- who INSPIRES him
- whom he believes will help him out of that situation.

இதை எல்லாரும் செய்ய முடியாது. பொருத்தமான நபராக இல்லாவிட்டால், அது எதிர்விளைவாக அக வாய்ப்பு இருக்கும்.

In my experience, the way to get him out of these situations is, to use one or more of the following to create awareness in him.
- touch his heart
- trigger him
- make him see the result
- become a paddle
- jolt him.
