Our @NULearnLab @NU_SoC celebrated some of our truly amazing graduates! Gabi (4th from left) is staying @NUAuDSLP for her SLP, Femi @oshakuu (2nd from R) is off to Maryland to do kid EEG research, Yuri (not pictured) is off to USC for her SLP. I couldn’t be more proud!

When life gives you COVID, bring your wireless EEG to families’ backyards and try your level best to make 2-year-olds wear masks. Our team @nulearnlab @NU_SoC @NU_DevSci are developmental cognitive neuroscience superheroes! 🧒 🧠 🦸‍♀️

We @nulearnlab met and decided that among other actions, we will have at LEAST 1 lab meeting per quarter devoted to disparities, diversity, and how we can help. Talked about how @TheDrPT is an awesome scientist and @NU_SoC alum. This is indeed right on time for so many reasons 👏
Took 2.5yrs, but TODAY is right on time! Diverse Vulnerable Learners with Reading Disabilities: A Call to Action is @DyslexiaIDA Spring 2020 issue of Perspectives. Kuddos @DrJ_SLP @DrBrandyGatlin @MCPER_EDU @kimdayTDR1 @TheFCRR. #ReadLearnTeach mydigitalpublication.com/pub…

We @nulearnlab have posted (our 1st) preprint comparing feasibility, reliability, and validity of toddler language samples collected in the lab versus remotely via commercial video chat platforms. In short, it works well. doi.org/10.31234/osf.io/23u8… #telehealth #slpeeps #wespeechies

Not only do the amazing students in the @nulearnlab figure out hugely efficient and novel ways to forward and backward search for #metaanalysis, our undergrad June wrote code to show the relations of 2000 citing/cited articles, which look like some sort of universe. #staytuned

It's long been believed that a baby's cries are an alarm system alerting parents of the baby's needs. It turns out they also indicate where your little one is at in the language development process, which begins in utero. nyti.ms/2Flnn2d
