It's crazy how many and various concepts from other competitive games (&/or sports in general) can be applied to Splatoon if you know both. It's designed in a way that challenges the player's mentality from the fundamentals all the way to the dowright intricate and particular-

Imma have to post the full explanation of the new V11 mechanics since everyone is exposing themselves to not knowing how to play the game lacking first grader reading comprehension therefore don't understand what their point even is. This is based on WHAT WE ALREADY KNOW.
Introducing splatoonlore.ink!
A website containing all the info on Splatoon's lore there is, from the in-game Sunken Scrolls to obscure info hidden in barely accessible media, you can browse through everything on our newly launched page right now!
I couldn't possibly imagine that the Splatoon community of all, would rather punish innocent casualties over the actual problem simply because it's easier. If that's not enough to show our general lack of competence and criterion, I don't know what will.
It baffles me that we *refuse* to look beyond that and realise stuff like this is designed precisely to trap people deliberately. Moderators exist to protect integrity, not to punish them and escalate for their lack of better knowledge.
Wow! Adding random ppl in queue to play sq is a bannable offense now! I thought we learned from the pouley alt situation, or maybe even LFN getting banned for one member making a joke. I've noticed that there is one recurring theme in all these bans, maybe others see it too😊😊
Remember that in a competitive community, the simplest truth we need to face is that before we're players, we're just "people" .
Personal identity and mental state are important beyond our competitive identity, and they shouldn't be sacrificed nor replaced for achievements.
And anyone who can't make the distinction between player and person, opponent and enemy, teammate and friend, is destined to stay nothing less than an amateur.
If we want the community to improve, we have to become worthy of an improved community.
Ask yourselves the question
"What exactly am I with or without my titles, and how do I feel about this?"
I envy the person that knows themselves better than anyone else knows them, because when they inevitably get met with judgement, they'll know the truth before anyone else.
Jackpot’s reaction to their outing and how they have responded to it in the following months should show people that even when their bans are up they need to be held to high scrutiny by the people they will inevitably end up playing with.
