#NWCNewstream | Customers in Liberty, Tanglewood, Roadside, Lewis Banks, in St. Ann, are experiencing a water supply disruption due to a power supply issue at the National Water Commission (NWC) Liberty facility.
The NWC crews are conducting an assessment to determine if the power supply issue is internal, or that of the Jamaica Public Service (JPS). Water supply will return once power is restored at the facility.
The NWC apologizes for the inconvenience.
#NWCNewstream | Customers in Mile End, Union, Upton and nearby areas, in St. Ann, are experiencing no water due to a leak at the National Water Commission (NWC) Thatch Hill facility.
Additional Areas Affected: Lodge, Four Roads, Banton Hill, Hyattsfield, Nancy Gully.
NWC crews are currently assessing the issue. Full operation should return at the facility by, Mon., June 15, 2026. Customers are encouraged to use available supplies conservatively during the repair period.
