Met some friends from the industry this evening. Forward sales are looking grim. Of note: building companies have brought forward consent applications for houses they’re intending to build later in order to sneak in before the new insulation requirements. Bit pathetic really.

Heard also that Master Builders worried that 100-200 of their members are looking shaky and that this number going to the wall could endanger the organisation itself.

This is unlikely to affect you if your business now bc it’s being rolled out slowly and only where there’s fibre available or alternative connections, but it’s going to happen everywhere. And it’s a good thing. Moving to a digital future!
