We had more NZ #physicists than that at our conference just 2 weeks ago (we do count physics secondary teachers too). And don't try to tell us that #Barbie isn't also a physicist!

As we all head home from #NZIP2023 to various parts of NZ, the @NZPhysics Council wishes everyone safe travels. It has been a terrific conference and a wonderful time seeing you all. We'll do it all again in 2 years at #NZIP2025 !

Joachim: New this year for #NZIP2023 are topical symposia on focused physics topics. Examples are matauranga Māori, advances in light/matter interactions, space physics research and pedagogy in Aotearoa. Let us know if you like this and it might end up a permanent fixture!
