How to bend reality (manifest) Step one. I decide exactly what I want. I am super detailed. I write lists. I script. I sit down and I really imagine what I want. You need to tell the universe clearly. And you have to stick with it. Because if you keep changing your mind, the universe is going to get confused. Step two. I regulate my nervous system and I rewire my beliefs. If my nervous system is afraid of having the thing that I want, it's going to do all it can to repel it. Let me explain what I mean. You attract what you vibrate as, and your vibration is determined by your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. So if you walk around saying, I want to manifest a man, but you keep feeling afraid of getting hurt again, not much is going to happen. Step three. I embody the version of me who already has the thing I want. This means that I begin to feel, think, speak, act and believe like the person who already has what I want. That's how I change my vibration. You can't just tell the universe what you want because it speaks in frequencies. You have to show it by becoming a new person. Step four. I do all that I can to remind myself of who I am. I do this even when reality hasn't caught up yet. So I notice what's happening around me, but I don't let that pull me back into the old version of myself. Step five, and this is an important one that a lot of people miss. I make sure I have detached from my past. For example, if you want to manifest money, you need to let the old habits go. You need to let the fear go. And more importantly, you need to let go of the way you used to think of yourself. Let that go. When you get to the part where your mind and body fully believe you have the new life, reality will need to reconstruct itself. So that's how you bend reality.
