It’s been 5 days and you haven’t assisted me and on top of that I applied for an extra contra last week Friday at greenstone mall and the lady said she’ll contact me on Monday she never did.

Hi @MTNza I phoned your CS to migrate my package and they told me I need to go in the store. I did so but I am told that the new system doesn’t allow migration. Please tell me what must happen because even the manager at the store couldn’t tell me when or how

What’s worse is they don’t answer their phone so I ended up going there because I wanted to cancel this new contract and only to find out that the lady who helped me is not in and they can’t help me. Like what kind of a Stone Age system do you guys have.
