Naperville's ordinance regulating e-bikes, e-scooters & higher-speed devices is still in effect. E-bikes & e-scooters are not permitted on sidewalks or the Riverwalk. Riders must be 16 to operate an e-bike or 18 to operate an e-scooter. (1/3)

During the recent Memorial Day enforcement campaign, our officers issued 24 seatbelt citations as well as 22 citations for speeding, 14 for distracted driving, and 16 for various other violations. They also made one arrest on an outstanding warrant.
