🚨 TABOR Update 🚨 Proposition NN will be on the ballot. This measure is designed to permanently curb TABOR refunds and fundamentally change the TABOR formula. Luckily, the name gives you a hint of how to vote: NN means “NO NO”—NO to what could be the states biggest tax hike in history and NO to letting the legislature control their own spending limits. How radical things have gotten when the most moderate-coded Dem AG candidate is pledging to use the office of the Attorney General to undermine a state constitutional taxpayer protection, one that was ratified by the voters of CO and still enjoys majority support. #copolitics
Two Democrats running to be Colorado's next AG wouldn't commit Wednesday night to voting for Jena Griswold in November if she's the party's nominee: coloradosun.com/2026/06/11/d… #copolitics

Colorado sold you "free" school meals, wolf reintroduction & expanded health coverage. Now the bills are in. Programs costing multiples of what was promised — and Democrats want to raise YOUR taxes to cover it. rockymountainvoice.com/2026/…

Another important article from @NashHerm
Legislators consistently over-promise, under-estimate, under-deliver, and expect Coloradans to foot the bill. Read more here: completecolorado.com/2026/06… @CompleteCO

Democrats in the Colorado Legislature are trying to keep your TABOR tax refunds… forever! That’s what Senate Bill 135 would do, allow the State Government to keep tax money that would otherwise be refunded to Coloradans. And to make matters worse, big-government activists are pushing a ballot measure that would create a “punitive income tax,” where those who earn more will be punished by having to pay higher taxes. These schemes are coming at a time when Colorado’s business community is crying for help. Employers are leaving the state,Coloradans are having trouble finding high-paying jobs, and the big-government activists both inside and outside the Capitol are trying to make things worse. Thankfully we have @NashHerm, a policy analyst at the Denver-based Independence Institute @i2idotorg. Nash has been sounding the alarm over these proposed tax increases through his articles, which can be found at Complete Colorado and the Independence Institute’s website. In this video, Nash dives into these tax increasing measures and explains what’s happening with these attempts to take more of our money.

Gov. Polis helped stop two bills rolling back business tax breaks. Good. But as Nash Herman writes in Complete Colorado, the larger question is why Colorado lawmakers keep looking for new ways to make the state less competitive. Read: completecolorado.com/2026/05… #thinkfreedom #copolitics
