For the first time, South Australia has both a female Governor and a female Speaker of the House of Assembly serving at one time. This week was the first time I presented HOA Bills to Her Excellency. A reminder of how far we've come—and the women who helped pave the way.

A huge weekend of community sport this weekend. Netball Country Champs at SUNA and SFL vs GSFL Association Football at Reynella. Thanks Min Rhiannon Pearce, for meeting players and volunteers at SUNA and Southern Tigers, Netball match venues. Thrilled to support both of these events.

Funding is secured in this State Budget for the Happy Valley Drive/Chandlers Hill Rd works. This will significantly improve traffic flow. Erin Thompson and I are so happy for our communities 💜

Today, in Elder Park, a statue was unveiled to honor Dr Lowitja O’Donoghue, trailblazing Aboriginal Woman and Nurse. The first in a series of statues paying tribute to significant Aboriginal Leaders who have shaped our community.
