Just as I got back into swimming regularly and started going to the gym for the first time in forever to help my physical and mental health, I fracture my little finger & can't really do either. However am off work so a bit of a stress break?

A 3am coffee this morning sure seemed like a great idea but I think between that and the jackhammer outside my window all day, I go into nightshift tonight with very little sleep on board π΄
