Did you know the: "Official sources say this may in fact be a false claim" Meme, Is unreadable by screen readers? The symbols and bold text are either pronounced weirdly or skipped. For screen reader users it makes it hard to tell if you are joking. Stick to regular text!

When you reeeeeeaaaaaaaally want your @Ionicframework @vuejs app header bar to update when you click on new pages but have no idea how so you close your eyes cross your heart and make a mess π
Totally worked. Happy to clean this up if anyone has any better suggestions though!

Received a lot of good suggestions for content but at the end of the day, it's not something I want super cluttered and isn't going to be the most clicked website in the world

Tonight I took a dive into @Ionicframework
Using it with @vuejs, instead of forcing my head through my desk with React, has been an absolute breeze π€
You can tell frameworks are solid when someone who sucks at, and doesn't like front end development, has a fun time using them

Image URLs from NewsAPI are no longer being returned null and links are restored.
I saw email screenshots from staff stating that they were no longer providing this data to free users, but my app works again as of today
Thank you @NewsAPIorg for restoring this feature π€

Does anyone know of any free news APIs as an alternative to NewsAPI?
It seems a key component of their response data (image URLs), has been down for a while and NewsAPI is silent on the issue.
The one portfolio project of mine that actually looked decent is now broken.

Turns out image URLs in their JSON responses are now only for business users. RIP

I opened a website that was utilizing three.js
My computer went from 24 processes in Chrome using 1.4% CPU, to my whole system absolutely shit itself using an extra 2 processes and a jump to 95.6% CPU usage

I'm not a designer so it doesn't look amazing.

Threw together another @discordapp bot to keep up to date with coronavirus statistics

Bot will be back up tomorrow, transferring everything to a laptop to leave running as long as the Internet stays up.
Uptime may be intermittent while we're waiting for Cox to come fix some cables.
Will work on deploying to heroku or something similar too
