The more experience you have as a developer, the slower you launch. Are there any experienced developers who seek validation early and donβt take forever to launch their product?
Took me over 6 months to bootstrap and launch a basic app just because I wanted to be sure that it was secure and bug free.
How do all of you launch apps within weeks and who are these early adopters that are fine with purchasing wonky and buggy apps?
Many indie hackers swear by using a hard paywall for their apps.
I'm noticing a lot of hesitation, even with a free 14-day introductory trial
Am I losing potential users by not offering a freemium option?
Any feedback is welcome!

So I decided to add a free version anyway. The app is getting some traffic. People are installing the app and creating accounts but are too hesitant to subscribe.
The only way I can validate the app is by giving everyone a chance to try it I guess.
Lost over 15 users today because of the paywall. For my first launch I rather have some feedback over sales.
What do you guys think?
To freemium or not?
