The study involves an Online Survey asking about anxiety, worry, and health. You may also be invited to a 1-1.5 hour In-Person Session at Denmark Hill involving heart rate monitoring. If you participate in the in-person session you will be paid £10 for your time

To wrap up our day, we have our final guest speaker Dr Elodie Eisenberg to talk about PPI Research. Dr Eisenberg is a Counselling Psychologist and DBT Therapist as well as the PPI lead for the National and Specialist DBT CAMHS service. #APPRF24
