In our first collaboration of the new year, we invited our friends and scholars, Drs. Jacelle Ramon-Sauberan (Tohono O’odham Nation), Tiffany Smith (Cherokee & Muscogee Nations), Amanda Tachine (Diné), and JD Lopez (Quechan) to share their experiences and impart their wisdom.

The University of Arizona partners with Sunnyside school district to help Indigenous students pursue a higher education. 👩‍🎓🌵 UA’s mentorship program, SOAR was created in 2005 to help students confidentially further their education.
