I literally eat tons of vegetables & fruit. Studies back this practice. Basic overview of hundreds of studies I've read: the more veggies & fruit you eat, the healthier you are. They're natural foods that can be eaten just as they come from the Earth, without processing. • SPECIFIC RESEARCH-BACKED FOODS... I make sure to include a lot of the following -- Goji berries, mushrooms, blueberries, walnuts, broccoli, fermented foods, hemp seeds, kiwi, olive oil. All have amazing health data. KIWI has been shown to improve gut health & protect DNA. & fermented foods have been shown to help protect body from microplastics. • RAW/GENTLE COOKING... I avoid harsh or dry heat like ovens, air fryers, pan frying -- because it produces potent toxins called AGES (Advanced Glycation End Products). AGES literally age you (stiffen collagen/elastin, oxidative stress, more). Boiling/steaming and raw is the way to go. Studies back this up -- gentle methods of cooking adding raw foods to diet helps health, greatly. • COUNTERACT DAMAGE... whenever I do indulge in unhealthy things -- for example if I ingest alcohol (rarely), or go out to eat -- I will down a gnarly strong green juice or take supplements to help my body deal with it. • ORGANIC FOOD... people tell you it doesn't make a difference, but the data proves the difference is HUGE. Organic diet lowers bodily pesticide level by over 90% in 7 days. Try measuring your glyphosate level before & after going organic. It's night & day. P.S. if you do ONE THING organic, make it animal products. Most people miss this, but they're actually the most contaminated category of food. And Crucially: organic is GMO-free. GMOs/bioengineered foods are a reckless, new, virtually untested experiment on humanity...only broadly introduced to our food supply about 25 yrs ago. (I'm not talking about hybridization. I'm talking about very unnatural DNA insertion techniques....like crossing a tomato with a fish genes in a lab...Frankenstein type things). • DAIRY AVOIDANCE... I try to avoid it because unfortunately it's one of the most contaminated foods these days. Even organic. It almost always has high environmental toxins such as phthalates, pesticides, PFAS, dioxins... as these things accumulate in animal fat. These toxins can especially affect delicate hormonal systems. For example, a 2017 study showed higher dairy consumption was associated with faster ovarian aging. • GROW FOOD... I grow as much as possible in my yard. And I never use the plastic-bagged dirt or fertilizers (these are actually super contaminated due to even "organic" products containing manure from non-organic fed animals). Growing food can be super simple: fertilizer can be made from leaves & grass. Raised beds are unnecessary. & lets be honest: home grown tastes soo much better. Drool. (My raspberry bushes are already growing...can't wait!) I also get a ton of my food from a local farmer that uses nontoxic fertilizer. • CLEAN LIVING... I avoid plastic, avoid household dust (which is ~50% microplastics environmental chemicals), clean personal care products (like the ones I make), stainless steel pans, air purifiers, wooden cutting boards/spatulas. This is not a comprehensive list, but includes most of the most important things. Honestly, I hate that we have to do so much just to remain healthy. But it is what it is. I'm not saying you have to do alll this, but every little bit helps! I'm living proof. I'm not perfect, but I do the best I can to abide by these practices. And it's worked out really well for me. I was just driving down the road & lo and behold: free snack! Juneberries. DELICIOUS. Since they’re wild-grown, no pesticides & crap. A superfood, packed w/nutrients & antioxidants. Higher than blueberries in vitamin C, fiber, iron, and protein. & they’re being studied for various health conditions. They’re ripe now, keep your eyes peeled. WEAR SUNSCREEN = GET FAT⁉️ When I first started gardening, I was Shocked how sunlight was the difference between a strong, healthy plant —& a weak, sick one. That's us. Since the 1980s bare sun exposure has gone down. And we've gotten WEAKER & FATTER ever since. WHAT DOES SUNLIGHT HAVE TO DO WITH BODY WEIGHT? This study is great example (pic attached): Mice were fed the same diet, but one group of mice were exposed to UVB (which is present in midday sun) 3x per week... it COMPLETELY prevented weight gain. The mice who didn't get UVB looked like huge fat blobs. The ones who did were slim & healthy. SAME DIET. And this wasn't a one off. That same incredible result was repeated in a different study. Even more amazing: This phenomenon applies to humans as well. Human studies have shown UVB from sunlight causes fat cells to shrink, and leads to lower BMI. (Not to mention the obvious: we gain weight in winter! That is, when we don't get UVB exposure...) I told this to my mom & she swears all she did was add in sunlight...she lost weight. They tell us to AVOID UVB or BLOCK IT with sunscreen (Yes, sunscreen blocks UVB, that's how it works. You may as well not be in the sun)... But UVB is the very wavelength that: sparks vitamin D synthesis, leads to weight loss, blood pressure benefits, & more. It's very important to get some time in the sun daily WITHOUT SUNSCREEN. DURING peak "burn" hours — 12-3pm (the only time of day UVB is present in sufficient amounts). Just be careful not to burn. Simple. WHAT TO DO INSTEAD OF SUNSCREEN (UV can age skin if not careful!): 1. Apply specific antioxidants to skin. I've proven this works (see pic). Studies show the same. 🚨 Studies show: YOU DON'T NEED SUNSCREEN to prevent sun damage. To the extent your sunscreen is "working" —it's blocking 100% of vitamin D production. But the sun Does cause a lot of DNA damage & oxidative stress in skin...leading to collagen loss, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles... IF you don't protect yourself in other ways, such as: 1. Topical ANTIOXIDANTS (a must! watch the video to the end...) 2. Supplements: polypodium leucotomos (tropical fern), astaxanthin, tomato paste as daily supplements have been shown to prevent sunburn as well. 3. Always get MORNING SUN on bare skin/eyes (at least a few mins) to cue/prepare body for upcoming UV stress. 4. Do not burn. If you're really pale, limit sun exposure to a reasonable amount. We don't need multiple hrs of sun per day to get adequate vitamin D & other sun benefits. Reposting this vid since no one saw it yesterday. I want people to know this! Sunscreen-free sun exposure daily is CRUCIAL FOR HEALTH. A pill or light machine cannot possibly replace the sun.

He said an expert dermatologist says we should get sun for D, but MUST WEAR SUNSCREEN. Bro. Sunscreen physically BLOCKS all vitamin D production, that's literally what it was meant to do.

There are so many things you can do instead of sunscreen. 1. Topical ANTIOXIDANTS are a must (see my pinned post). 2. Look into polypodium leucotomos, astaxanthin, tomato paste & other internal sun protectors. 3. Always get morning sun (at least a few mins) to prepare body for upcoming UV stress. 4. Do not burn. If you're really white etc. limit sun exposure to a reasonable amount. We don't multiple hrs of sun per day to get adequate vitamin D & other sun benefits.

Friend of mine, 46, goes to doctor with: Extreme sun sensitivity, debilitating fatigue, Blood in urine, Positive ANA (autoimmune antibodies, w/a lupus-like pattern), lupus-like face rash, kidney function #'s of an 80-yr-old man... Doctor says "that's normal" —no further testing needed. Literally Google could tell you this indicates further testing for Lupus. And your body should not be attacking itself, period. 🚨 WOOL IS COATED IN PLASTIC This is a huge Scam that barely anyone knows about. Smartwool. Darn Tough. Most brands. They charge a zillion dollars for "wool" "natural" clothes, but the awful truth is that they're: • Burned w/CHLORINE • Coated w/NYLON polymer (plastic) They do this to make the wool more convenient & washable, not shrink or felt like real wool is supposed to.
