Thanks again to the Virginia Education Association @vea4kids for recognizing my colleagues & me last month with Rookie of the Year & Legislative Champion awards.
We will continue to fight for investments in the K-12 public system, educator & support staff pay, & our students.

Permits are no longer required in Arkansas, but all state and federal laws remain in effect. The minimum working age is still 14. Enhanced penalties for child labor law violations were set by Act 687 of 2023.
