The British that deposed various Kingships correctly refers to AmaHlubi King as a King. The South African government hasn’t corrected the historical injustice of the deposition of AmaHlubi Kingship simply because they stood up to the British.
As a result the language, culture and heritage of AmaHlubi is threatened due to the lack of recognition. The quest for restoration of AmaHlubi Kingship is to restore the dignity and honour of the AmaHlubi people.

Former ANCYL Deputy President Jailed for 20 Years
Rubben Mohlaloga, once Deputy President of the ANC Youth League, will serve 20 years in prison after the Supreme Court of Appeal dismissed his final appeal.
He was convicted of fraud and money laundering for diverting R6 million in Agri-BEE funds intended to support emerging farmers. Instead, the funds financed luxury purchases, including BMWs.
The courts concluded that the sentence was not “shockingly inappropriate,” given the seriousness of the crime and the breach of public trust.
