Its says there is an issue, 27th before it's repaired, I assume you will be applying credits to the accounts of those affected ?

I think it's the hub4 the light is white, I did try calling your call centre from my mobile ( i can use the phone due to the connection )but after 30 minutes the call was answered and then dropped the call !?
