Why is it bay doing stupid things with postage? I have to buy wrapping and boxes. This cost needs to be passed on….why do @eBay_UK make it so complicated with their messages etc - I’m losing faith in this stupid website - do better and please give me a phone number to contact.

Hello another day of travel stress ness courtesy of @StagecoachEMid the 9.32 (53) from Market Rasen to Grimsby isn’t showing on the app and the time says half an hour on the bus stop screen - (it’s currently 09.30) what’s going on please??

Think it would be nice to know why there was no bus replacement service last night from Grimsby to Lincoln @EastMidRailway (the 22.06) And then you indicated that it was en route, even up to an hour later when I was finally allowed to get a taxi!
Another crappy apology for nothing working by @StagecoachEMid customer services lying about post updates on here, app not showing anything information- I could have caught a train - bus left 48 mins late - no updates in here as to how or why the 9.32 is late - #dobetter

It’s freezing and your app doesn’t show a late running bus! The 53 to Lincoln from Grimsby should have left 5 mins ago - it’s the last bus of the day - the info board NEVER shows the 53 service - DO BETTER! Update X and you crappy app
@melanie_onn please look into these abysmal services! This is a regular occurrence- DO BETTER! You’ve slapped 50 percent increases but do we get a better service??? No!
@EastMidRailway why are the info boards so slow at your stations - you seem to have to wait ages - when you need to know what train is leaving next! You have to wait minutes for it to scroll through if you miss page 1! So irritating
