Honest confession: This month has been bringing back some haunting memories & triggers that are not pleasant to think about for me. Couple that with health issues that digs the hole even deeper.
Hence this #poem to myself & anyone else who's struggling. 💚

The progress, no doubt, is great, thought the therapist. But #chop a tree down too fast & the destruction around it can be severe.
Suddenly, a solution came to mind. Of course it was a little unconventional but...what had to be done had to be done.
