Russia is redeploying units from Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Sumy for another push in the Pokrovsk AO.
Political pressure and looming fall weather are adding to the urgency to achieve at least one operation goal.
Three points.
1. The Sumy offensive failed, and Russia is taking the L
2. Russian reserves are thin if they're pulling combat troops from other AOs versus using new formations.
3. If Russian recruitment was adding to the ranks as claimed, we would see new regiments-brigades being created.
