Scenario. All the ice cream have fallen onto a ledge and need rescuing. Can you set up the rope systems quickly and safely so they're aren't melted when you safely retrieve them?

Statement from @NFCC_Chair on the unacceptable comments made by PFCC Stephen Mold
ALT The comments made by PFCC Stephen Mold were completely unacceptable. There is absolutely no place for them in our services. Fire and rescue services are working hard to establish a culture that is respectful, inclusive and welcoming to all.
We are committed to ensuring that all fire service employees are supported to call out unacceptable behaviours and feel confident that action will be taken.
We hope that this incident will shed light on the experiences those underrepresented in the fire service can face, driving forward much-needed culture change in the sector.
To all the utterly inspiring women I work with in the FRS, to those in partnering organisations and to my amazing family and friends Happy International Women’s Day
👩🚒 Our teams have been celebrating International Women's Day this week with a programme of events, guest speakers & webinars, before our FireInspire network group host a walk along the River Itchen tomorrow afternoon.

Really great day with former England international @GeorgeKruis from @fourfiveuk exploring the impacts that poor hydration have on cognitive functions and it will be detrimental to our teams. Thanks to #FourFive for loaning George to us…. I think we looked after him 🙌🏻🔥🚒
Last night we welcomed back Jasper Taylor QFSM who retired from the station last year to receive his certificate from our Chief Fire Officer @NeilOdin, Jasper has been travelling the world so it was hard to pin him down to a date, thanks for your service and the biscuits Jasper.
