Here are the 3 things he did that most accounts never do: THING 1: He Prioritized Content Over Everything The most common question in the growth space is "what is the best time to post?" and "how many comments should I leave per day?" These are the wrong questions. They assume the content itself is fine and the only problem is distribution. The right question is: is my content good enough that someone who discovers me through engagement actually stays? Our client obsessed over making the answer yes. Every post had to earn the reader's attention. No filler. No recycled observations. High-impact writing every time. THING 2: He Understood That Entertainment Opens Doors But Authority Closes Them An entertaining post gets shared. An authoritative post gets you hired. Most accounts pick one. Then in under a year: i) 5,800 followers ii) 2.4 Million Impressions iii) Consistent $1-4k/Mon deals Here is what we stopped doing - and what replaced each: STOP posting Stripe screenshots. START demonstrating expertise. Bragging about revenue does not build trust. It builds skepticism. The people getting real inbound deals are the ones whose content proves they know something worth paying for. For T, that meant long-form posts and detailed breakdowns in his email marketing and ecom niche. Content that taught. Content that consulted. Content that made saying "I do not need this person" impossible. That shift alone brought the inbounds. STOP guessing what your audience wants. START researching what they already respond to. T's lead magnets failed because he built them without data. We changed the sequence: study the market first, build second, iterate third. The result was magnets that actually converted. Calls booked. Here is what happened each month: MONTH 1: Kill the Generic Content When C came to me, his content looked like everyone else's. Inspirational quotes. Safe takes. Zero edge. We scrapped all of it and rebuilt around expert content - on LinkedIn and X. Posts that taught something specific. Posts that consulted rather than performed.
