I don’t support the anti-Chinese posts on my timeline. But for every action there’s a reaction.
Looks like a lot of it was coming from China & R&AW finally decided to hit back.
Many foreign observers paint a glossy image of China under Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping is painted as a counter-reformer as an oddity compared to Chinese leaders before him.
However this is unreasonable.
Many people view Xi as a centralizer but never ask why he
had to move to a next stage of economic growth from mere assembly to the production of finished industrial goods. In the face of this Xi had little leg room he had to centralize power, he had to crush corruption and he had to clamp down on the dereliction of duty by local
officials he also had to provide a Chinese population seemingly fatigued by hypergrowth with more sustainable and long term growth, what looks like "counter-reform" an "oddity" is actually Xi Jinping dealing with the byproducts of hypergrowth.
Indians could admit that their country has serious issues and that they should mobilize around solving them, but to them, this is humiliation, and they would much rather insult people more successful than them.
India was told by many that it could catch up yet it didn't.
What's left to do for Indians is to bring countries down to their level "oh we have a caste problem? look at China!" "Oh we are poor? well China is too!" "Oh we have a rape problem?" "Look at them!"
Btw some people with Rural Hukou have sought to keep it even though they could change to Urban Hukou because Rural Hukou has benefits such as payments from China's Rural revitalization programs as well as land rights. Meanwhile Dalits are raped and killed
