so i found a doll manufacturer that does these, Its Aotume Doll US you can pick either a preset doll (existing characters they sell) or a Custom Doll you can request to them is it possible to request them to make a Neptunia Character? maybe :3

Neptunia fun fact of the day. In Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory there are actually secret developer skills hidden throughout the game. Skills given to characters like Neptune, Noire, and Plutia where when they are used they just summon that developer the skill is about attached to a rocket Like this picture with Keiji Inafune the creator of Mega Man and other hilarious bs. It's been a very long time since I got them in my copy of the game but I remember of the existence of at least 3-4 of those skills. There are probably more I can't remember. . I love and miss random as all hell stuff like this being added in the Neptunia games. Maybe some day they will attempt this or similar again.
