At the first EASI "All Hands" meeting.
Working with the new Novell Operations Center this morning.
Fiber repaired and cleaned. The largest problem seems resolved.
Vendor came in and shot the fiber. Bad news. It's since been cleaned and repaired and we're in the process of testing it.
Fiber is looking fishy. It looks clean, actually works with one vendor's device, but not the other..

It seems we're springing into action to look at.. a network problem
