Very interesting proposal. You are right, I did not consider relevant dangers that have been central to the discussion of integrity. This chapter by Ienca and Scheibner addresses the practices (including remote modulation) labeled as "neurohacking": doi.org/10.1016/bs.dnb.2020.… .
