The plans prioritise the number of units shoehorned into the buildings over livability for residents.

A reminder that Fairview's latest public consultation event takes place in the Parish Hall behind Mary Immaculate and St. Peter Catholic Church, 63 Somerset Road, New Barnet, EN5 1RF on the following days:
Wednesday 12th July from 4 to 7.30 pm
Friday 14th July from 4 to 7.30 pm

Their latest plans are for 486 residential units on the site, 115 more than the consented plans. 486 includes the 66 units already under construction in the front two blocks.
Unit mix:

Unfortunately the developer's website, advertised as featuring their latest plans, has not yet been updated and so is still showing information from 2 years ago. We are told it should be online in the next few days.
