Capewell’s Europe team recently hosted engineering students from New College Swindon as part of the Engagement and Insight Day, sponsored by the Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership Group. Capewell is one of the pioneering companies to welcome students to their facility, allowing them to interact with the team and gain a deeper understanding of an engineering and manufacturing company like Capewell.
During their visit to the Swindon facility, the students had the opportunity to learn about Capewell’s Next Generation Aerial Delivery Systems (
#NGADS) and see how our Universal Maritime Craft Aerial Delivery Systems (
#UMCADS) are advancing both unmanned and manned vessels on the battlefield.
The feedback from the students was overwhelmingly positive, with many feeling inspired by Capewell and expressing interest in pursuing similar careers. Comments included, “It was great to learn how engineering companies handle business,” and “It made me think about my future a little bit more, and how engineering plays a role in business."
We are incredibly proud to have connected with these talented future leaders! A huge thank you to Laura Arlott, Bitsu Baby, Tara Weijgers,
