I went to my 4 hour bonus shift thinking it was gonna be easy peasy lemon squeezy. So tell me why I get there the same time as EMS with a trauma code, EMS with an OD, 2 walk-in strokes, and 18 people in the waiting room of a full 16 bed ER 😭
